Film makers Development Programme “Talents Tokyo 2018”

  The Embassy of Japan is pleased to announce that the Japan Foundation Asia Center is hosting the film maker development project “Talents Tokyo 2018”. “Talents Tokyo” is a talent development programme created by “Berlinale Talents” in Asia. “Berlinale Talents” is itself a capacity building programme, which takes place as part of the Berlin International Film Festival. It started in 2010 with the aim of developing Asian film directors and producers with the potential to become great masters of their art in the future. The project brings promising filmmakers together in Tokyo, to help them network with other participants and industry experts through lectures and joint reviews given by film professionals and screenings at the TOKYO FILMeX.
