Film makers Development Programme “Talents Tokyo 2017”
2017/5/19
Embassy of Japan is pleased to confirm that the Japan Foundation Asia Center is joining the film maker development project “Talents Tokyo” as the organisers in 2017. “Talents Tokyo” is a talent development programme created by “Berlinale Talents” in Asia. “Berlinale Talents” is itself a capacity building programme, which takes place as part of the Berlin International Film Festival. It started in 2010 with the aim of developing Asian film directors and producers with the potential to become great masters of their art in the future. The project brings promising filmmakers together in Tokyo, to help them network with other participants and industry experts through lectures and joint reviews given by film professionals and screenings at the TOKYO FILMeX.
“Talents Tokyo 2017” will accept applications from now until June 15. Please see the official website for more details on the project and its application terms and conditions: http://talents-tokyo.jp .The project could provide film directors and producers in Brunei Darussalam with the opportunity to be recognised worldwide and to build an international network.
