Opening Ceremony of the Japan Foundation Traveling Exhibition "OMOCHA: Japanese Toys Today"

The opening ceremony of the Japan Foundation travelling exhibition "OMOCHA: Japanese Toys Today" was held on 30 September at the Malay Technology Museum. Awang Aliuddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, attended as the guest of honour.
In her opening remarks, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Ms Miura expressed gratitude to the Japan Foundation, the Malay Technology Museum and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports for their cooperation in holding the exhibition.
The exhibition introduces the diverse appeal of the toy culture that has developed uniquely in Japan, with the aim of deepening mutual understanding between Japan and Brunei and promoting cultural exchange. It is open to the public at the Malay Technology Museum until 18 October.
