Junior Ambassadors’ Courtesy Visit to Ambassador Kikuta

On 30 July, Ambassador KIKUTA welcomed a courtesy visit from “Junior Ambassadors” from Japan at the Embassy. The Junior Ambassador Friendship Mission, organised by the International Friendship Association, is a programme aimed at developing global-minded youth by sending Japanese students abroad.
Six students came to Brunei to learn and experience the local culture. During their stay, they visited local schools and did homestays with Bruneian families, gaining first-hand experience of Bruneian traditions and daily life. During their courtesy visit, Ambassador Kikuta listened to the reports on their experience in Brunei and shared his insights from his own experiences as an ambassador.
