National Flag Handing Over Ceremony for the delegation of the 48 th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP)

On 31 October, Ambassador Maeda attended a National Flag Handing Over Ceremony for the delegation of the 48th Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP), together with Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

SSEAYP aims to promote friendship and mutual understanding among the youths of Japan and ASEAN member countries by participating in a four-week cruise with various exchange activities.

This year, the Brunei delegation comprises 15 youths and a national leader, who will visit Japan, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Wishing the participants all the best on their voyage!
