A courtesy visit from the winner of the 35th Japanese Speech Contest
On 31st October, Ambassador Maeda received a courtesy visit from Dk Nur Azmina binti Pg Hj Ahmad, a winner of the 35th Japanese Speech Contest held in Brunei last year.
She recently returned from Japan, where she participated in the “Japanese Speech Contest Winner Program,” with the Japanese Speech Contest winners from the other ASEAN countries in October.
"Through the program, I met many amazing people from different backgrounds and cultures, where we connected through our love and appreciation for the Japanese language and culture. It has ignited my passion and motivated me to work even harder to build my knowledge and fluency in the Japanese language and to explore the culture beyond what I have already learnt," she said.
