Ambassador Yamamoto and YB Dato Ali Apong, Minister of Primary Resources & Tourism at the opening ceremony of Taberumo Biofarm on 22 October 2019

　　　Japanese Ambassador YAMAMOTO Eiji attended the opening ceremony of Taberumo Biofarm on 22 October 2019, where he made a short remark. The Guest of Honour at the event was The Honourable Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Ali bin Hj Apong, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. Taberumo is a Japanese company which started producing protein rich algae called spirulina. After the ceremony, Ambassador Yamamoto together with Dato Ali visited MC Biotech, another Japanese biotech company which produces a form of antioxidant called astaxanthin.
