The Embassy of Japan in Brunei Darussalam is now accepting applications for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) 2018.
JLPT has been offered by the Japan Foundation since 1984 as a reliable means of evaluating and certifying the Japanese proficiency of non-native speakers. At the beginning, there were approximately 7,000 examinees worldwide. In Brunei, the JLPT was launched in 2008, and it has been held every December since then.
The JLPT has five levels; N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5. The easiest level is N5 and the most difficult level is N1.
The JLPT 2018 will be held on Sunday, 2 December 2018 at the Language Centre, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Those who are interested in this test are required to submit the application form to the Embassy no later than Friday 7 September 2018.
